Tiene entrenamiento postdoctoral en Desarrollo de M\u00e9todos de An\u00e1lisis de Al\u00e9rgenos Alimentarios, del Bureau of Chemical Safety, Health Canada. Es Investigador del \u00c1rea Bioqu\u00edmica y Nutrici\u00f3n del Instituto de Tecnolog\u00eda de Alimentos del INTA Castelar. Coordina el Grupo de Gesti\u00f3n de Al\u00e9rgenos en la Industria Alimenticia, de la Plataforma Al\u00e9rgenos en Alimentos y es Coordinador de Redacci\u00f3n de la Gu\u00eda para la Gesti\u00f3n de Al\u00e9rgenos en la Industria Alimentaria.
