Modifying staff behaviour to conform to venous specimen collection practice guidelines and other recommended practices has proved to be a difficult task. Professor Kjell Grankvist will talk about the \u201cManagement of the quality in the preanalytical phase\u201d at the next EFLM e-seminar.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Professor Grankvist is Professor of Clinical Chemistry and Director of the Department of Biobank Research at Ume\u00e5 University.
